Let's Cook!

Leiths has created a series of fun and flexible cooking sessions designed to fit around your timetable.

  • 55 or 90 minute classes, to suit your timetable
  • Differentiated courses appropriate for junior school years 5 and 6, and senior schools year 7 and above
  • Stand alone sessions to support the curriculum, to weekly cooking courses that run from 1 to 3 terms
  • Courses for schools without cooking facilities or equipment, that can be taught on portable stoves anywhere with a water supply, be it art room or cricket pavilion.

Pupils are awarded a Leiths Certificate of Attendance.

Introducing skills and trying different ingredients is key in Let's Cook courses: 

  • Drop scones and breakfast smoothie
  • Rosemary chicken kebabs with sundried tomato and basil couscous
  • Indian spiced vegetable samosas with yoghurt, mint and cucumber dip 
  • Millionaires shortbread
  • Fruit granola crumble
  • Ginger lime cheesecake with glazed strawberries.
